Emily Allen serves as the Executive Director of Tech Nebraska, where she’s actively shaping the future of Nebraska’s tech ecosystem. With a decade-plus of experience in brand strategy, communications, policy, and partnership development, Emily excels at connecting leaders, supporting businesses, and driving innovation. Her previous leadership roles at Honor Technology (acquired Home Instead) saw her expand the brand across 13 global markets and cultivate key relationships with global industry and policy leaders. Emily is a recognized voice on the international stage, frequently speaking at the United Nations and World Summit on Information Society. She’s known for building inclusive, innovative teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver impact. A Nebraska native, licensed attorney, and mom of two, Emily is dedicated to fostering collaboration and opportunity across the state.
